One of the Sysview for Db2 data collector tasks terminates with a S0C4 abend

Issue/Introduction

The Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) part of the APM to IDB2 interface to provide Db2 metrics
to the Wily (CE-APM) user interface terminates with an abend S0C4.

Cause

IBM APAR PH26655 will correct this condition.

Resolution

Db2, calling its routine DSNWARDA, tried to write data past the buffer provided by IDB2.  This caused the S0C4 abend.  
IBM APAR PH26655 will correct this condition.
