Some users were seeing the following error while trying to login to OneClick:

The SSORB Security SP debug showed the following connection timeout exception while trying to login to the OneClick server:

Jul 12, 2020 09:59:46.735 - Connection timed out: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.SocketException: Connection reset]; remaining name 'DC=xxxx,DC=xcxxxDC=xxx'
The connection to the LDAP server was timing out.
Increasing the "Connection timeout" in the OneClick LDAP Configuration page resolved the connection timeout exception and the users were able to login to OneClick.
