Connecting from PAM to any Windows server using the RDP connection is causing slow screen refresh rates, making operation cumbersome. Initial connection is otherwise perfectly fine.
This may be caused by the Applet log level being set to debug
Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT, All releases
Unless required for any troubleshooting, please go to Configuration --> Diagnostics --> Diagnostic Logs --> Log Levels and set the Applet Log Level to "Error". Just in case log out of PAM and log back in.
This should resolve the issue. If it does not, please contact Broadcom Support.
