Even if "is" is specified in the report options, the report may be created with "is not" on 'Bandwidth Cost per User' report.

Issue/Introduction

The result may displayed as "is not"  report even though "is" is specified in the report options as  below.

Replication detail:

(1) Navigate to [Solutions] > [Overview] > [Report Center] > [Bandwidth Cost per User]

(2) Click Report Options

(3) Change Filter from 'User' to 'LDAP Group'

(4) When we change from 'User' to 'LDAP Group' in Filter, 'is not' will switch to 'is' automatically

(5) Change from 'EMPTY' to Domain\User in Filter.

(6)As a result of executing "Run Report" ,report has been created as "where LDAP Group is not 'CLOUD\wssuser'" despite selecting 'is'.
As a result ,"No User" displayed.

This unexpected behavior may not fix in the future because priority is very low.

Please confirm workaround in below "Resolution".

Change Filter from 'is not' to 'is' on Report Options.

(1)Click on [Report Options] again and change Filter.

(2)Change Filter from [LDAP Group][is not] to [LDAP Group][is]

(3)Run Report
