Time Slicing Job stuck in Waiting

Issue/Introduction

Time slicing job is in waiting for a lot of time. None of the the other jobs are showing as  processing but it's still in Waiting. 

Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS TIME SLICING

Resolution

Take a screenshot of the currently scheduled job or note the recurrence settings and the notify sections so you can recreate the job again.

Cancel and delete all Time Slicing job instances.

Once done, see if you can run the job once.

Reschedule the recurring Time Slicing job.

 

If this doesn't work, then a BG restart may be required.
