AWA: REGISTER_VARIABLE within Unix JOBS shows periodic failures

Issue/Introduction

When running JOBS containing REGISTER_VARIABLE on Unix Agents, periodically the JOBS fails with the following shown in the logs:

05 - 20181001/171517.162 - U00010019 Error found in object 'TEST.JOBS.REGISTER_VARIABLE(2)', line '00086'.
05 - 20181001/171517.245 - U00011150 Post process of 'TEST.JOBS.REGISTER_VARIABLE' ('0003555296') (Agent 'TEST.AGENT') has ended abnormally. See next message.
05 - 20181001/171517.248 - U00021719 Syntax error in object 'TEST.JOBS.REGISTER_VARIABLE(2)', line '00086'. 'U01001308 Variable 'REGISTERED_VARA#' has not yet been defined.'.

Cause

A problem has been solved where the REGISTER variable in a Linux job was not set due to thread synchronization problems
