Issue/Introduction

After running upgrade to 20.4, sla_engine fails to start.

Controller.log shows:

Component : UIM - SLA_ENGINE

Cause

Files in sla_engine directory lost/missing/corrupted.

Resolution

1. Rt-click and deactivate the sla_engine probe

2. Rt-click and delete it

3. Delete the sla_engine probe folder from the filesystem

4. Redeploy the appropriate version of the sla_engine probe for the UIM version, from the local archive
