Intermittent slowness in Clarity working from home over VPN when router is not working properly

Filtering on status or periods, the query keeps spinning and does not return. This happens even without a large number of timesheets in Classic PPM. The issue is intermittent. Sometimes it works fast, and then becomes slow again. Other users are able to filter with no issue. The issue may be on other screens as well.

This is seen using Chrome with SSO (Though can also impact other browsers and non SSO) working from home (WFH)


This can happen due to issues with your router

Reboot your router and then try again. Restarting your router will reset your connection settings, interrupt malicious attacks on your network, and boot off unwanted devices from your network. Rebooting your router will also resolve a wide range of issues with speed and connectivity
