Find and Reserve seeing reservations have to rely on email, and they should be able to see their data.
From Find & Reserve, choose a reservation and no data displays.

Open a support case and ask for patch TDMWeb-188.8.131.52.zip or later since all patches are cumulative.
It will take at least 10 minutes (and probably longer) after the patch restarts services to fix the reservations. So if you check your reservations immediately after the restart they will be still inaccessible - in that case they should simply wait awhile.
