CA PanAPT does not use CA PAN/LCM.

CA Pan/LCM Configuration Manager operations in DOS or UNIX environments.

The CA Pan/LCM Configuration Manager provides application project build, make,
and reporting facilities to augment the change management operations.

The three optional products that interface with CA Pan/LCM Remote Integration are:
