SOI - How to separate User Interface (UI) Server to its own server

Issue/Introduction

The current environment has the UI Server installed on the same server as the SA manager.

Objective is to move the UI Server component to its own server to allow for better resourcing.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Install the UI Server to the new server using the SOI Installer but selecting only the UI Server component.

Once that is installed and confirmed to be working you can disable the following services on the SA Manager to disable the UI Server there.
CA SAM Store Indexer
CA SAM UI Server

The recommendation is to disable the services as this allows an easy option to get to a UI Server should you encounter any problems in the future with the new UI Server.
