RC/Query Hierarchical DDL Request Options panel is not shown.

Issue/Introduction
Executing RC/Query for Db2 for z/OS (RCQ) command HDDL (for get Hierarchical DDL) will not show the "RC/Query Hierarchical DDL Request Options" panel.
The reason is the user changed the " / Show options request next time ("/" to select) " option on this panel by removing the "/".
Resolution
To display the RC/Query Hierarchical DDL Request Options panel again, issue RCQ PROFILE command, select Option=2 RC/QUERY Profile Variables.
The OPTIONS NOTIFY parm will be set to OFF because the "/" was removed from " Show options request next time " option.
Setting OPTIONS NOTIFY to ON will cause the RC/Query Hierarchical DDL Request Options panel to display again.
