Issue/Introduction
Images from Gannt charts not showing up on print view.
Steps to replicate:
Open Clarity PPM project with Firefox
Open project in Gannt chart and click on the printable view
Click on the print button from the firefox menu
The Gannt print view does not show images
Environment
Release : 15.8.1 and all supported releases
Component : CLARITY PPM SAAS APPLICATION
Cause
This not generally an issue with the PPM clarity code and more to do with Firefox print options.
Resolution
From the page setup option in firefox click "Print Background (colors & images)
Print view from Gannt should show the dependency and schedule images.
