IT PAM & Service Catalog Integration not working after Domain user password reset

Environment

SDM 17.3 ,

EEM Integrated with AD

IT PAM 4.3, 

Service Catalog 17.3 

Cause

Error Message : Error occurred while trying to connect . Please check your configuration and Server Availability.

# Check if there are any Proxy setting updated under  <IT_PAM_Install folder>ca\pam\server\c2.\config\oasisconfig.properties
# Remove any new Proxy settings. 
#Log in to CA Service Catalog-> Click Administration-> Configuration->CA Process Automation->Test..
