DB Field data can not be passed to the onChange functions

Issue/Introduction

If a field is edited and changed, the onChange method is called successfully.

But can't see any way to pass the information about the affected line to the function.

Environment

Release : 17.1

Component : CA SERVICE CATALOG

Resolution

Field specific API's do not work in any version when inside table after 'save' mode. Only Table API's can be used.

The field specific will only work when the row is in 'Edit' mode and once saved it cannot be used.
