Issue/Introduction

  • Over the past several weeks we have been experiencing very sluggish performance when running/generating reports.
  • This is a general performance issue observed in multiple areas of Reporting

Component : CA PPM SAAS JASPERSOFT

Resolution

  • If none of the causes in the following KB appear to apply, check for any environmental issues, including high CPU on the Jaspersoft servers

  • SaaS customers: please contact Broadcom support for review for any additional steps that can help with slow performance
