No Device Component Items are visible as Group Members in Performance Management

Issue/Introduction
After a recent upgrade to the new r3.7.12 release with the Manage Groups page which does not use Flash, Groups do not show Device Component Item members.
The Groups involved should have Device Component items as direct members.
Other Item sections are present, but there is no Device Component list or section.
If we go to Inventory->Device Components, and set the Group Context to the problem Group, the items show up.
Reports or Threshold Profile Event Rules against the Group do still work as if the Group does have the correct membership.
To reproduce, add a new Group that has Device Components and Virtual Interfaces as members. Only the Virtual Interface section will be shown in the Item section. The Device Components section will be missing.

Cause

Resolution
With the fix Manage Groups admin page properly displays Device Component Items section
This is resolved in the DX NetOps Performance Management releases r3.7.14 and r20.2.2 via Defect DE469491.
This is a visual UI defect. The Groups members should still be accurate. Other functions like Reports or Event Rules tied to the Group should still perform correctly.
To validate the Group Members if this is encountered go to Inventory->Device Components. Using the Group Filter Change UI (Group drop down above Device Components label) set the target Group and the correct member list for Device Components should be listed.
