Advanced Reporting - Proxy error when scheduling a report in Jaspersoft

Issue/Introduction

We are receiving below error when trying to create a new schedule and save in Advanced Reporting. We can run the report with no issue but when we create a schedule the error comes up. 


Error,
Failed to save scheduled job.

The full response from the server is: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request PUT /reportservice/rest_v2/jobs.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Component : CA PPM SAAS JASPERSOFT

Resolution

A reboot of all Jaspersoft services will resolve the issue.
