Attempting to redirect the EEM location on server ServerA. We are switching from current location [ServerA.internal.com] to NEW location[ServerB.com]. After configuration is changed, MOM & WebView recycled, the attempt to logon to either WebView or Thick Client provides authentication hang without access.

It was found that there was no other exceptions in the log other than the connection time out. After having the customer investigate their network, it was found that there was a firewall issue between the MOM server and the new EEM server. Once that was resolved, customer was able to logon to APM.
