Full Description of Problem:

Tonight my colleague was informed about an outage of a Spectrum Connector.
Thus he restarted the connector for the first time at about 5:45 am. As the connector did not came online, he restarted the connector once again an hour late.
As this also did not help he restarted the whole environment at bout 08:00 am.
Since that time the connector is in Initializing state and no alerts from the corresponding Spectrum landscape are published in SOI.

It was found during analysing the environment that the Oneclick of the particular landscape was very slow in processing too. Further investigations on the Spectrum side gave the result that some bad formatted Alarms are getting created in the Spectrum Server that causes the performance problems for Oneclick and the Spectrum connector. Once this bad formatted Alarms had been eliminated, the Spectrum connector came online after a short time as before that problem started.
