Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: Finish Date stoplight indicator image is not aligned properly in Phoenix UI.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Clarity as Admin and change UI Theme to Phoenix UI
2. Create custom tab under Project Default Layout page and add system portlet called General
3. Ensure your project belongs to that page layout
4. Click on project properties and go to custom tab created in step 2
5. Observe stoplight indicator image for Finish Date is way to the right

Expected Results: stoplight indicator image for Finish Date should be right next to the date

Actual Results: stoplight indicator image for Finish Date is way to the right
