Issue/Introduction

After installing PIM, the server continued to reboot due to an unknown error when attempting to access (both server local account and AD account cannot access).

Even support file creation was not possible.
OS memory dump is also disabled because the setting is off.

Environment

Release : 12.8

Component : CA ControlMinder

Resolution

Customer was unable to provide a dump to analyse.

Will log a new case with dump if problem happens again.
