Blank CABI Dashboard displayed from UMP - CabiSecurityUtils is not defined

Issue/Introduction

All CABI dashboards in UMP display a blank page (no errors)

Note: CABI dashboards are properly displayed with a direct login to Cabijs

Developer Tools on browsers show the following error:

ca-business-intelligence-dashboards:1 GET http://##.##.##.##/cabi/js...../securityUtils.js 404
ca-business-intelligence-dashboards:1 Uncaught ReferenceError:...CabiSecurityUtils is not defined

Release : 20.1

Component : UIM - CABI

Cause

This issue is sometimes seen with a suspect ump_cabi install on the UMP robot

Resolution

Re-install the ump_cabi 4.20 package on the suspect UMP with the steps below:
1. Stop the wasp probe
2. Rename the ..wasp\work folder
3. Rename the ..wasp\webapps\cabi folder
4. Deployed ump_cabi 4.20
5. Confirm that the ..wasp\webapps\cabi.war file shows current date/time for Date Modified
6. Review the wasp.cfg and confirm that it looks as followed:

reloadable = true
cross_context = true
load_on_startup = true
unpack_war = true
path = /cabi

7. Activate the wasp probe
