No Events from Performance Management for Device

Issue/Introduction
We have set up Threshold Profiles with Event Rules. We have associated the Threshold Profile to the default Group found in the Group Tree under:
All Groups->Inventory->All Items
Many devices trigger the Events as expected but many do not.

Cause
Not all Devices are in the default Groups under the All Items Groups.
The All Items Group doesn't have direct members. It's members are derived from the sub-groups underneath it.
While those sub-groups cover almost all Items any device that isn't set with the standard Router, Switch or Server type, it won't be included in those groups.
Resolution
Use the Domain based Group under Inventory. This will include non-standard Device Types. It will also raise Events for Items such as CPU or Memory items.
Additional Information
New Groups added to the Inventory->All Items tree would require an Enhancement Request. Those are submitted via the Ideation site found here.
