Issue/Introduction

Rally Excel ad-on fails to connect to Rally.

A problem occurred trying to reach this add-on.

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : API FOR AGILE CENTRAL 

Resolution

When a user is not able to login Rally using the Excel plugin 365, The issue is due to the Subscription settings update.

Please update the Old ping federate URL with the OKTA Url at your subscription settings page.
