Agent Java 10.7 Not Collecting Metrics for Jetty Server

Issue/Introduction

One of our java agent is not collecting any metrics from the Jetty Server.

Looking at the AutoProbe.log, we found this message:

Unable to instrument.  Invalid settings provided: 3 Can't proceed because the flag "ClientHttpRequestTracing" is never declared.
********************************************************************************************************************************
Looking at the IntroscopeAgent.log, we found this WARN message:

 [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Dynamic Instrumentation is not available for the agent. Please make sure that PBD configuration is valid and that the Dynamic Instrumentation module is deployed as agent extension.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Stop the JVM.

make a backup of following directory.
/opt/jetty/CA/wily/core/config/hotdeploy/
Delete all items from directory.
/opt/jetty/CA/wily/core/config/hotdeploy/
Also, Delete all logs from directory.
/opt/jetty/CA/wily/logs/

Start the JVM.

It seems like this may be related to couple of items which was found.

Error PBD: release Version: 10.5.1.8

We cannot use APM 10.5 PBD with APM 10.7.

PostgreSQL PBD: 

Custom PBD is not supported by Broadcom Technical support.
