DWH_INV_OBS_MAPPING, for some projects the OBS is missing

Issue/Introduction

We see some of the OBS for projects are not making it in Data Warehouse, even if we run a Full Load. 

Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity releases

Component : CA PPM DATA WAREHOUSE

Resolution

Check DWH_INV_OBS_MAPPING_V on Clarity database and see if last_updated_date is null.

If yes, query prj_obs_associations and dwh_lkp_obs_unit_v and check the OBS did not have a top level. If that's the case, the OBS will have to be corrected either manually or moving it around in the hierarchy and back
