Reporter: unirepinfo and continous extractions can't be created since 6.10.3x

Issue/Introduction

Reporter 6.10.31 / 6.10.32 throw an error when executing unirepinfo or saving a new Continuous Extraction Task, as a result both operations cannot longer be performed.

Reporter 6.10.21 and inferior does not experience the problem.

The error returned is:
