Getting web agent crashes on our production web server.

Issue/Introduction

We have getting daily bases frequent crashes on our web server related to Web Agent.

OS                            :  Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.10 (Santiago)

APACHE Version   :  Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)

WebAgent version : 12.52.0109.2614. 

Error :  /Session cache failed to initialize.   

            /Web-agent process is exiting...

Environment

Release : 12.51

Component : SITEMINDER -WEB AGENT FOR APACHE

Resolution

From looking at the error log you sent, we see:

This looks to be fixed in 12.52SP1 CR10.
