Issue/Introduction

One or more report throws the following error message in Advanced Reporting after upgrading:

The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience. 

Error Message

Null URI.

Note: This was reported for a custom report along with OOTB Report: Project Storyboard

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Advanced Reporting and run the Project Storyboard report against a project (IE Project 1)
  2. Go to Home->Projects and click on the project (IE Project 1)
  3. Change the approval status of the project and save.
  4. Go back to the report and click the refresh button

Expected Results: Report updates with the change made and there is no error

Actual Results: Receive error below and change is not reflected

Resolution

Workaround: Click Apply on the report

If no related KBs are able to resolve, please open a case with Broadcom Support.
