Resolution

11.5 Web Viewer reached end of life September 30, 2021. Please reference: Output Management Web Viewer 11.5  September 30, 2021 - EOS  for more information. 

After that date only self service support will be available for Web Viewer 11.5. Supported releases are 12.1 and 14.0. We can help you upgrade.  Open a case with Broadcom Support.
