JES2 not shutting down during SSM shutdown

Issue/Introduction

JES2 shutdown hangs with the following message:

$HASP715 ADDRESS SPACES WAITING FOR RETURN JOBID  
         ASID     JOBNAME                         
         -------- --------                        
         00AA     ACF2                            

Environment

OPS/MVS

Resolution

The message $HASP715 indicates ACF2 is preventing the JES2 shutdown.

ACF2 must be stopped first or together with JES2.
