Issue/Introduction

chkusr.exe generates below error message:

"the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this machine" 

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

 

Resolution

The user used on the credential tab should be given the "allow logon locally" and "logon as a batch" privileges under "Local Policies" as this is domain account.

Additional Information

This error reported when a domain account was used under Credential tab for validation.
