CA App Synthetic Monitor DX Application Performance Management

Issue/Introduction

We have completed the OPMS installation and looking for how to see the new station in our ASM UI.

We are unable to find any station in our ASM UI.

Environment

Release : 10.1

Component : CA Automation Point

Resolution

You can see OPMS in the ASM UI.  To do that, go to the menu On-Premise -> Stations

install log shows the following details.

We found two issues here.
1-
That email <installer-ID-email> is a subaccount. The master account for that subaccount is another <email-ID>

According to our document, we need to use the email address and API password of the subscription (master) account <email-ID>.

2- 
We also find that subscription (master) account <email-ID> also have subaccount with same <email-ID>. We disabled the subaccount with same <ID-email>.

We also suggest to test the subscription (master) account <email-ID> with APM call.
Verify your API login is working as follows:

https://api.asm.ca.com/1.6/acct_login?doc

And enter the subscription (master) account <email-ID> in the user field and the API password in the password field and click on exec.
