Clarity 15.8.1 Won't Load

Issue/Introduction

We just finished installing to Clarity 15.8.1 successfully and applied the PMO accelerator. When trying to access our server URL, we get an error stating there was too many redirects. I changed my configuration to allow both HTTP and HTTPS traffic and tried the following:

Through Load Balancer (Classic PPM) and HTTPS - Result: Too many redirects
Through Load Balancer (Classic PPM) and HTTP - Result: Too many redirects
Through Load Balancer and HTTPS (New UX) - Result: Too many redirects
Through Load Balancer and HTTP (New UX) - Result: Too many redirects
Direct to server (Classic PPM) and HTTPS - Result: Site can't be reached - it looks like it's loading before it ultimately comes to this error

Direct to server and HTTPS (New UX) - Result: Site can't be reached
Direct to server and HTTP (New UX) - Result: Loaded successfully and worked fine

Logs don't show any errors of any sort, I tried this on multiple browsers and I have cleared my cookies/cache and restarted browsers as well.  Any insight?

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

upgrade was done on one server in the cluster. Somehow the other 2 clusters (which were not upgraded yet and were still on 15.6.1) had their services turned on. The two different versions of applications was causing the redirect issue I think.
