How to correct the message DCI1108E: LICENSE KEY EXPIRED from DCI 1.5 or 2.0

Issue/Introduction

Starting getting this message yesterday (7/1) at 00:00 local time.  CA-DCI is no longer dynamically adjusting LPAR weights.

DCI1108E: LICENSE KEY EXPIRED                                                
DCI1232W: NO ACTIVE POLICY FOUND. CA DCI IS CURRENTLY RUNNING WITHOUT POLICY|

Environment

Release : 1.5 or 2.0 

Component : CA DYNAMIC CAPACITY INTELLIGENCE

Cause

The ISPF setting was pointing to the older zDynaCap value.   

Resolution

Check the Options on the ISPF Main Menu.
Ensure that the KEY is set to LMPLICENSE 

Note :

The value to be set on KEY is not actual LMPCODE. 
It is "LMPLICENSE".
