PeopleSoft job types with std_out_file and std_err_file

Issue/Introduction

Users want something similar to the "job_type: CMD" for the std_*_file, to review the job run data for errors relate to PeopleSoft jobs.

We looked at all the available JIL attributes for "job_type: PS" and found nothing related.

Resolution

There are no current plans to change the behavior of the PS job types to include the option for std_out_file or std_err_file attributes.

As for PS job issues please refer to the PeopleSoft related log files under the Agent log directory
1) peoplesoft.log - Records jobs run time / processing activity, errors, and exceptions.
2) ps_backup.log - Records activity related to persistence.
