Issue/Introduction

Want to configure IPSLA Jitter tests on a device to get IPSLA alarms and reports.
The device is supported for Jitter and in its logs shows the test is successful.

However the test is failing in Spectrum with "Bad Configuration status:

Environment

Release : 10.4.x

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

This is due to having the SNMP Community String on the device set to Read Only (RO) instead of Read Write (RW).

Resolution

Change the SNMP Community String from Read Only (RO) to Read Write (RW) on the device.

The Read Write Community String is mandatory for successful IPSLA tests on Spectrum.
