APM shell command action is not triggering

Issue/Introduction

We have shell command action configured for alerts. That shell command action sends a message and triggers an action. This was working for almost for two years. Recently, APM is not triggering the shell command action. We can see APM opening and closing alerts where we have command line action configure, but it is not working any more as expected.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM ISP

Resolution

This issue has been fix in APM10.7.0HF79_cumulative. The HF79 should be included in APM 10.7 SP4.
