Selected 71 Devices and 186 Application instances and then expanded Available Metrics for each of the 257 instances (devices and applications) over the last 6-month period (custom date range) and every item shows “No results found”

Resolution

Some shards were marked as unassigned. Development came up with scripts that reassigned and started the shards. With all shards started, data started coming in.
