Error Creating Sub-Object

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to create a new subobject of the Idea object, a “Contact System Administrator” error is thrown.

The app-ca logs also contain the following error message: ORA-00959: tablespace 'INDX_LARGE' does not exist

Resolution

After verifying that the tablespaces used by this Clarity instances are set correctly both in the database and the properties.xml file restarting the services will force the application to reference the correct tablespace. The correct tablespace being the one in the database and properties.xml files(s).  

After the services are restarted, the same object can be created without error.
