Issue/Introduction

From Service Desk web interface, Administration->xFlow interface->General, we can see two parameters regarding SDM/Jaspersoft integration: insights.domain  and insights.jasper.domain. What values should I have for them?

Resolution

insights.jasper.domain should be jaspersoft-server-name-that-is-accessible-from-internet:port# where port# is the Tomcat port you choose when install Jaspersof. For example, my-jaspersoft-server-dns-name:7880 Please notice one way to tell if you enter right value or not is to enter jaspersoft-server-name-that-is-accessible-from-internet:port#/jasperserver-pro in a browser and if you see login page you have the right entry

insights.domain is the insights-app-install-server:port#  The insights-app-install-server usually is the app server or secondary server and port# can be found in ServiceConfig.xml file in xFlow install\APPS for "InsightService"
