Minimal privileges required to edit IP address of a model

Issue/Introduction

We have OneClick users with limited access & privileges configured. We would like for these users to be able to edit the IP Address of models - what settings are required to accomplish this?

Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Operator Licensed users do not have any access to edit the IP Address of any models within Spectrum. A fully privileged Operator user still does not have enough permission to edit certain aspects of models, such as IP Address. 

Resolution

In order for any User in Spectrum to be able to edit the IP Address of any model, the user Must be an Administrator R/O roled user. However, this does not imply that the Admin user must have full access privilege to all of OneClick. You can still disable many privileges to limit access for the Admin user. 

In order to edit the IP address of a device, you must have the following privileges enabled to, at minimum, select the model, view Information tab, and edit the IP Address. If any of the below criteria is not met, then the P Address cannot be edited (for various reasons, being either not able to see the model, see the tab, or privilege to change the IP):

1. Must have an Admin Licensed user
