Timestamp filter not taking current system time in DevTest Testcase

Issue/Introduction

I am using Timestamp filter with no timezone and offset is 0. From yesterday we are facing issue that timestamp is not taking current system time. 
current system time is 11.30AM UK and timestamop value is = 2020-07-01T05:21:08

Environment

Release : 10.x

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Cause

 

Possible security patch or some policies was rolled out

Resolution

 

Reboot the server and that resolved the issue
