Issue/Introduction

Trying to use Transparent login the following error is displayed

PAM-TLGN-0061 The account XX is checked out by another user. Please try a different account

If clicking OK, an account is presented, but it is not possible to use it as it keeps looping and writing the different fields incorrectly (placing the password where username should be, etc)

In this same situation, if attempting to use Learning mode results in a communications error

PAM-TLGN-0021 Error while getting SSO Config list. Can't establish connection to XSuite

Cause

This may be caused by a cipher mismatch between PAM and the jump server, for instance because the jump server requires weak ciphers to connect to the application for which Transparent Login is being configured, while connectivity for PAM uses the latest strong ciphers (starting versions 3.3.X)

Environment

Release : 3.3.X

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Make sure to enable weak ciphers for communication as well as strong ciphers. Please contact Broadcom Support, if necessary to get a patch which enables support for weak and strong ciphers.
