"Backup failed" error when running the Spectrum/Jasper integration on the Jasper Windows system:

This is an issue with the permissions/privileges of the user running the integration. The user must be a user that has full local Administrator privileges.
Log into the Jasper Windows system as a user that has full Administrator privileges on the Jasper Windows system.
If the user has "Run As Administrator" privileges, they can run a cmd prompt as the Administrator and then be able to run the integration.
