There is a user who was able to access Clarity previously, but now the user is not found in the Control Panel on the OnDemand Portal.
While trying to add the user, the following error message is thrown:
You have entered invalid data. Please try again.

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION
The user had a different email ID that was already available on the Control Panel, so this use account was used instead.
