Auditor Role at 3.3.1

Issue/Introduction

An issue with the Auditor role being assigned to a user which is part of a user group. The assigned user with the Auditor role after login to CA PAM will not be able to view session recordings.

As soon as the user clicks on "session recording" menu option we get the error message

Error: PAM-CMN-0020: Error occurred while trying to complete request. (76)

Environment

Release: 3.3.1, 3.3.2 and 3.4

Component: PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

This is a known issue in CA PAM 3.3.1, 3.3.2 and 3.4 releases.

Resolution

The fix for this problem is included in release 3.3.3 and would also be part of 3.4.1.

The resolution is to upgrade to either 3.3.3 or 3.4.1 (Currently 3.4.1 is not available)
