Page tools under Plan> timeboxes are missing in Chrome browser

Issue/Introduction

When users are trying access to plan --> timeboxes under all of the options there is no page selection ability. Users will get the first page and can filter but if the user wanted to go to the next page they cant. So users are stick to use filter conditions here.

Users are able to see the page selection ability in Firefox but this issue is only happening at chrome.

Cause

Missing "page selections" usually happens when users are using a lower browser version (Like v.78x V.79.x). These old versions sometimes do not support the latest features & bugfixes that were released in Rally every day.

 

Sometimes these issues can be critical globally because of the company's security policies --> because users are only authorized to use the standard browser version throughout the organization.

Resolution

Customers need to upgrade the chrome browser to the latest version to avoid missing functionality.
