One user is not able to login to the PPM application via the SSO URL. After they enter their credentials, they are redirected to an error page.
The error message: HTTP Status 500-Internal Error

This is most likely do to changes that were made to the user's account on the OnDemand portal made were not saved. This caused the user object to be missing in LDAP.
To resolve the issue, open the user profile on the OnDemand portal and without making any changes, click on Save.
